HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE & WHAT IS THE COST?

As this is a highly customised service, turn around times for jobs can vary greatly, ranging anywhere from 3-12 weeks. You will be given an estimation of the completion date upon placing an order. Urgent orders may be accommodated depending on the job and time available. An obligation free quote can be provided via email as long as there is sufficient information, including all relevant specifications. On-site quotes may incur a small travel/consultation cost.

DO YOU DO ONSITE CONSULTATIONS, PICK UP & DELIVERY?

Yes. An on-site consultation, pick up and delivery is a preferred option for people with valuable or fragile artworks which are difficult to transport, or it can simply be more convenient for those with busy lives. Items can be packed for interstate and world wide delivery but it will be the client's responsibility to organise shipping.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

The greatest care is always taken when handling your artworks but it is recommended that valuable items are privately insured. Please check your policy to ensure they are covered once they have left your premises. An on-site consultation can give you the option of keeping the artwork with you whilst the frame is being completed. Artworks may be removed and re-installed into their frames in your home or gallery, providing the space is appropriate. This service must be arranged in advance and may incur an extra charge.
